Pipeline Plant Hire supported the Cotter Dam expansion project in the ACT by providing a fleet of plant and equipment for dry hire, supporting the project from start to finish.

Cotter Dam, owned by Icon Water, underwent expansion to ensure it would continue to effectively serve the ACT market through frequent, long, and severe droughts without having to endure high-level water restrictions for extended periods.

The dam expansion project involved building a new 80m high dam around 100m downstream of the existing Cotter Dam, two earth embankment dams adjacent to the main dam, and recreational facility upgrades within the Cotter precinct.

Pipeline Plant Hire worked as a plant hire contractor in conjunction with Icon Water, the ACT Government, Bulk Water Alliance, GHD, Abigroup, John Holland, and other parties. We offered our pipeline expertise along with our plant and equipment to get the job done.

We supported a 440km looping gas pipeline spanning Dampier to Bunbury, Western Australia, with all necessary plant for dry hire.

Pipeline Plant Hire worked closely with Spiecapag Lucas to serve the Eastern Goldfields Pipeline in Western Australia with the right plant and equipment to get the job done.

We provided plant for dry hire to the Mortlake Gas Pipeline in western Victoria. This transmission pipeline is 83km long and provides energy to the Victorian market.

We worked closely with John Holland to provide the St Albans to Werribee Water Pipeline project with essential plant and equipment to support the project from start to finish.
